Welcome

Thank you for using the USPS Public Scanner. This app allows you to scan QR codes that contain digital payment addresses, including USDC and other stablecoin formats, Stripe Digital USD and quickly open your wallet app to make a secure transaction.

How to Use the Scanner

1. Open the usps_public_scanner.html on your mobile browser.
2. Allow access to your camera if prompted.
3. Hold your phone steadily over the QR code until it's read.
4. When the scanner detects a valid payment address, a button will appear.
5. Press and hold the button to open the payment in your digital wallet.

Supported Payment Types

• USDC (Polygon): Wallet address starts with 0x
• USPS Cash: Starts with fedc:0x
• Stripe Paylinks Digital USD (Apple Pay & GPay P2P) Starts with https://buy.stripe.com/

Security Notice

This app processes QR codes entirely in your browser and does not send any data to a server. Only QR codes encrypted with the official USPS digital format will be accepted. Never scan codes from untrusted sources.
